About The Position
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities also include cash handling and start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis. The position offers an opportunity for an ambitious self-starter with retail experience to take a first step into supervision and build a career in prestige beauty.
Requirements
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Applicants must be able to provide proof of their right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Nice To Haves
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
