SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Key Holder to support the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role is part of a fun and collaborative environment focused on building customer relationships, creating fitting room experiences, and wardrobing/styling clients. The Keyholder will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive culture and will utilize their selling and supervisory experience to perform essential sales and opening/closing functions. These include cash reconciliation, distributing daily sales goals, KPI reminders, ensuring store safety, resolving customer issues, supporting new hires, handling operational tasks, and other leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
