Supervise store operations such as loading and unloading of trailers, processing of textiles, wares processing, quality control, rotation, sales, and operations. This role involves assisting the store manager with managing budgeted sales and expense to revenue (E/R), operating the cash register accurately and efficiently, performing banking procedures, and training and supervising store employees in retail procedures. The Keyholder Supervisor is also responsible for displaying and modeling excellent customer service, ensuring the store is maintained according to company policies on housekeeping, safety, and security, and performing stocking, display, and inventory duties. Merchandise ordering and flexible scheduling are also key aspects of this position, along with embracing an empowerment and continuous improvement culture. The role also involves assisting the store manager with equal opportunity employment efforts and ensuring compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards. Direct supervision of employees and volunteers is required in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, including training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, resolving complaints, and performing daily manager-on-duty tasks.
