Supervise store operations such as loading and unloading of trailers, processing of textiles, wares processing, quality control, rotation, sales and operations. This role involves assisting the store manager with managing budgeted sales and expenses, operating the cash register accurately, performing banking procedures, training and supervising store employees, displaying excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is maintained according to company policies. The Keyholder Supervisor also performs stocking, display, and inventory duties, and may be responsible for merchandise ordering. A flexible schedule is required to meet store needs. The role also emphasizes embracing an empowerment and continuous improvement culture, offering suggestions for positive impact, and assisting the store manager with equal opportunity employment efforts and preventing harassment. The position requires the employee to provide their own transportation and insurance, and to be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Compliance with all Agency policies, procedures, and safety standards, including those set by CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory bodies, is essential. Other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
