About The Position

The Key Turner opens the store and prepares it for the day before the first customer arrives. The role involves getting the kitchen and equipment ready, stocking stations, beginning prep work, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store. The position works part-time morning shifts of 3–4 hours, usually from 9 AM to 12 PM, until the Assistant Manager arrives. Pay is $14 per hour, and employees receive a 50% discount.

Requirements

• Be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be dependable and punctual.
• Be organized and comfortable working independently.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
