About The Position
As a Key Turner, you are the face of our morning operations. You are responsible for ensuring the store is ready for the day, creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both the team and our first customers. This is an essential role for early risers who take pride in setting the foundation for a successful business day. Early riser? Key Turners open the store and set the whole day up for success. You'll make sure the kitchen is ready, stations are stocked and the store is clean and welcoming before the first customer walks in.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Works well with others.
- Works well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to respond to customer concerns.
- Must be able to follow all Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza Policies.
- Must be able to work together as a team.
- Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
Responsibilities
- Complete the daily opening checklist so the store is ready to serve
- Set up the kitchen, stock stations and get equipment ready
- Start prep work and keep the store clean and welcoming
- Answer every call on the first ring
- During downtime, you are required to sweep, mop, clean up, do dishes, and find cleaning activities to help the store.
