Join us! abra Core Applications is seeking a Key & Strategic Account Manager. We are looking for a skilled Key & Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow strategic customer relationships across ERP, CRM, AI and enterprise technology solutions. This role requires strong business development capabilities, experience in complex sales processes, and the ability to identify growth opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and connect customer needs with abra’s broad technological and professional capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, complex sales or business development in the technology sector.
  • Proven experience working with large and strategic customers.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, enterprise software, data, cloud or IT services.
  • Experience leading complex sales cycles, tenders, negotiations and executive-level customer engagements.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional processes in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Lead complex sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, tenders and deal closure.
  • Build annual account plans, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with internal business units to deliver high-value solutions.
