About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to support a strong sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role includes engaging customers to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and helping meet individual and team sales goals. The Key Sales Associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and other skills to support career development and advancement. One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.
