About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals to join its team. The Key Sales Associate helps customers celebrate life and express love by delivering a superior customer experience. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining its features and benefits, offering extended service plans and financing options, and working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals. The associate may also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career-development skills, and values integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
