About The Position

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic, driven, and creative Key Sales Associate to provide an outstanding customer experience and help customers express themselves. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and helping customers choose extended service plans and financing options. The associate works with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals and may assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties. The company provides training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and career development, and emphasizes integrity, diversity, teamwork, and advancement from within.

One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Work with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers.
