About The Position

The purpose of this position is to support the Key Private Bank (KPB) Business Advisory Services Team (BAST) in delivering a suite of sophisticated planning solutions, including advice on strategies and solutions for estate planning, business liquidity planning, tax reduction, asset protection, wealth transfer, investment management, baseline assessment and range of value reports. Specifically, the Senior Analyst will assist the BAST members in the creation and preparation of reports and presentations. As a member of the BAST Team, this position is responsible for supporting the FW team in delivery of services to clients and prospects in pursuit of new Investment Management relationships for Key Private Bank’s most affluent clients and multigenerational families. This position has direct responsibility to support the Directors and Senior Directors efforts to provide consultative expertise to our largest families and is responsible for supporting the execution of the wealth strategy for new Family Wealth clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an undergraduate bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of two years of banking or consulting experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate across lines of businesses to identify and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Gathering, interpreting and analyzing data
  • On the job training of Analyst
  • Review of work completed by Analyst
  • Prepare and generate various business transition planning reports, spreadsheets and presentations to the relevant team members and management
  • Support Directors with data entry needs and best practices related to KPB’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Pipeline management for assigned Directors, including managing lead lists and getting meetings scheduled with prospective client
  • Support the planning and analysis of business data usage problems and solve data capturing issues
  • Compile reports for team members ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to team members
  • Engage with business partners as necessary to organize and analyze data, data trends, and issues
  • Engage with team members to identify and support business transition projects
  • Taking the lead on transaction opportunities less than $10 million in transaction value
  • Supporting Directors on transactions above $10 million in transaction value
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
