About The Position

The 3rd Shift Key Operator is responsible for ensuring machines are clean, organized, and operating according to standard operating procedures. This role requires basic ice cream knowledge and the ability to drive the production process to meet customer specifications, quality, and food safety standards. The Key Operator will represent The Froneri Way of working, ensuring production targets are met through effective control of the manufacturing process, maintaining health and safety requirements, and promoting a positive safety culture. Effective communication with the team and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. This role also involves promoting a culture where employees feel like owners and following the principle of treating work as one would treat their own home.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience

• One-year related experience

Responsibilities
