About The Position

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. This is achieved by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead is also responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team's achievement of daily sales.
