About The Position

The Key Hourly position will help the Restaurant Managers in running stellar shifts, and ensuring each of our guests has an unparalleled experience. You will gain invaluable knowledge in how to run floor shifts, run great events and give our guests amazing service! This position is the stepping stone into a Restaurant Manager position.

Requirements

Love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Restaurant/Entertainment scene.
Able to communicate to Employees and Guests in a way that inspires FUN!
Like immediate gratification.
Can handle 100K days.
Can walk five miles a shift.
Live, love and embrace the Dave & Buster's culture.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have regular and predictable attendance.

Make executive decisions to fix guest issues.
Strive for 100% table touches.
Come up with creative ways to drive sales.
Host mini parties to communicate and motivate the team.
Help create the ultimate guest experience.
Work hand-in-hand with the management team to drive financial results.
Share vision with the department and track success.
Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
