Hattie B's Hot Chicken is opening soon in Plano, TX and is looking for experienced and kind individuals to join their team. As a family-owned business, they serve hot chicken with heart, hustle, and hospitality. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company with expansion plans in the Southern and Midwest regions. The Hourly Key Manager role is an entry point into management, working with restaurant management to provide direction, coaching, and training to exceed guest expectations. Key Managers are expected to lead by example with supportive behavior, inspiring staff to connect, smile, and hustle to create memorable guest experiences. This role involves 35-40 hours per week, sharing in opening, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities.
