As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. You will provide customers with a warm welcome, help them find what they are looking for, answer their questions, explain products, and suggest other items. You will also manage the sales floor when managers are not present, prepare and place products on the sales floor, ensure the store and backstore are clean and tidy, and process customer transactions at the cash register. You will also be responsible for respecting and applying the policies and procedures of various head office departments and performing other duties as needed to support the team.
