About The Position
See’s Candies is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Key Holder for a seasonal position at CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, Tennessee. The role supports product and shop operations, including opening and closing the store, guiding staff in following operational and product standards, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The Key Holder also helps maintain visual merchandising standards, control costs, foster a positive team environment, uphold safety practices, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The position requires working in a fast-paced retail environment and being flexible to work weekends and holidays. Physical duties include stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking throughout the shift, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, unloading deliveries, and preparing returns at the end of the season. The pay rate is $18.12 per hour.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
- Must be able to open and close the store as a Key Holder.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing or walking the entire shift, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Physical ability to unload deliveries and prepare returns when the store closes at the end of the season.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
