About The Position

The Key Holder position at Buff City Soap is responsible for opening and/or closing the store, maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment with behaviors that support guest-centric service, and helping drive Makery performance. This role fosters superior guest service and maintains operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals. The Key Holder supervises the Makery to achieve company goals, leading by example in all company operations. They foster a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and report any issues to the Makery Manager. Additionally, they maintain a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment, communicate Makery goals and objectives through the Makery Manager, and provide insight on staff opportunities to the Makery Manager for coaching, training, and feedback to improve Soap Makers’ daily performance. This role also involves managing and tracking stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies, and accurately handling cash when opening and closing the Makery.

Must have worked with the company no less than 3 months

Responsibilities

Opening and/or closing the store.
Maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment with behaviors that support guest-centric service.
Helping drive Makery performance, fostering superior guest service, and maintaining operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals.
Supervising the Makery to achieve company goals, leading by example in all company operations.
Fostering a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and report any issues to the Makery Manager.
Maintaining a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment.
Working through the Makery Manager to communicate the Makery goals and objectives.
Providing insight on staff opportunities to the Makery Manager so that they can properly coach, train, and provide feedback to improve Soap Makers’ daily performance.
Managing and tracking stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
Accurately handling cash when opening and closing the Makery
