The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Store. This role involves using outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that enable the sales team to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve all sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also utilize their retail and cash handling experience for essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliation and will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
