Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Key Holder who is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and thinks beyond the task. This role is responsible for modeling and coaching for the ultimate experience to all consumers through a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The Key Holder will embrace originality and integrity, show empathy for customers and co-workers, demonstrate courage in decision-making, and drive performance by advocating for and assisting store management in training and coaching store staff on selling practices, customer service, and sales goals. The role involves supporting the leadership team in growing sales, training the team, modeling selling behaviors, ensuring operational excellence through product placement, store operations, and visual merchandising, and leading a positive shopping experience while driving key initiatives.
