About The Position

We're looking for a passionate and energetic Keyholder to join our team and help deliver an exceptional retail experience. If you're a strong leader with a love for chocolate and customer service, we’d love to meet you! Please note this will be a temporary On-contract role with a possibility of extention! Hours- 4 to 20 Pay rate- $16.10/hour The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for chocolate!
Responsibilities
- Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.
- Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.
- Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
- Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
- Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
- Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
- Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.
- Assist with cash handling duties.
