About The Position

Thirdlove is seeking Full-Time Key Holders to act as frontline leaders responsible for delivering the Thirdlove in-store experience. Key Holders will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations. This role involves mentoring on the floor, modeling service behaviors, supporting team accountability, and ensuring smooth execution across sales, fitting, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and operational awareness to help the team achieve results while upholding Thirdlove's values of body confidence and inclusion.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or elevated associate role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example in a client-facing environment
  • Comfort with retail KPIs and desire to improve performance through service and product knowledge
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and events)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for Thirdlove’s mission of body positivity, inclusive sizing, and confidence through comfort
  • Experience with bra fitting and fit guidance, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to create a safe, body-positive, and supportive environment in the fitting rooms while respecting client privacy.
  • Ability to use a ladder, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalized fitting and shopping experience in line with the Retail Excellence Model.
  • Conduct fit consultations and provide product education to maximize KPIs and conversion through proactive, client-focused behaviors.
  • Assist the management team during shifts to refine selling language, service posture, and product confidence throughout the team.
  • Serve as Manager-on-Duty when needed, leading team huddles and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
  • Support daily zoning and break schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage and client support.
  • Reinforce expectations around visual standards, replenishment, cleanliness, and service behaviors throughout the day.
  • Identify and escalate guest issues, operational concerns, or team coaching moments to ASM/Store Manager when needed.
  • Execute opening and closing responsibilities, including POS reconciliation, security checks, restocking, and store readiness.
  • Support inventory tasks such as transfers, cycle counts, and damages as assigned.
  • Ensure promotional signage, floor moves, and merchandising standards are accurately maintained.
  • Assist in keeping the back-of-house organized and efficient.
