About The Position

As a Senior Retail Team Member and Key Holder, you will help set the pace and the standard every shift. You will know the floor, the product, and what great looks like, and guide others by jumping in, giving direction, and keeping things moving. You will spot what the store needs before anyone asks, from filling stock to actioning store priorities, and make smart calls that lift the customer experience and support strong results. You will take on key holder responsibilities with confidence, helping open or close the store safely and keeping everything running smoothly. You will bring energy, pride, and a steady presence that the team can rely on, and champion Our Way and the Foundation so everyone understands the impact we make. Whether it’s a busy Saturday or a quiet morning setup, you show up ready to lead the floor and get things done.
