About The Position

We're looking for a passionate and energetic Keyholder to join our team and help deliver an exceptional retail experience. If you're a strong leader with a love for chocolate and customer service, we’d love to meet you! The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to drive sales.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
- Familiarity with inventory control and visual standards
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
- Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable with flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A passion for chocolate!
Responsibilities
- Assist with manager on duty responsibilities, holding a key and opening and closing the store.
- Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Participate in training and onboarding new team members.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execution of in-store activations.
- Welcome customers to the store, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance on product features.
- Handle returns and resolves customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing Lindt’s values and product excellence.
- Support efforts to drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and inventory control procedures.
- Support inventory duties, including stock replenishment and receiving.
- Assist with coordinating corporate gifting orders.
- Assist with cash handling duties.
