About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Key Holder for its 34th Street Herald Square store in New York, New York. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder helps deliver a consumer-focused shopping experience and supports store leadership across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role models and coaches Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices, provides authentic customer service, and helps the store meet sales and performance goals. The successful candidate embraces the brand’s originality and integrity, brings empathy and positivity to interactions with customers and coworkers, demonstrates courage by making decisions and leading by example, and helps drive performance. The position supports the leadership team in maximizing sales, training and coaching staff, moving products to the sales floor, maintaining store operations and visual merchandising, and leading an engaging shopping experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Must consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations practices.
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Help train and coach store staff and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling behaviors.
- Support getting products to the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Help lead a positive and engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives.
- Follow store policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
