About The Position

Cotton On is a global fashion and lifestyle retailer looking for a Full Time Key Holder for their Queens Center location. The company aims to inspire self-expression and creativity, and use its voice to make a positive difference. They are described as playfully rebellious and always optimistic. The Key Holder will be responsible for opening and closing the store, leading the team as part of management, providing exceptional customer service, processing sales, assisting with inventory and merchandising, ensuring store cleanliness and safety, supporting loss prevention, and training new associates. The role requires the ability to interact collaboratively, maintain a professional presence, and act respectfully towards customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift/workday
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to regularly squat/kneel
• Ability to regularly use a ladder, step stool or raised platform safely

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
