About The Position

Little Words Project is seeking a Key Holder for its Nashville store. The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team and creating a welcoming, inspiring guest experience. The role involves helping guests select bracelets, guiding them through the bead-your-own experience, and sharing the brand’s mission. The Key Holder also supports store operations, events, inventory, visual merchandising, team training, and custom orders.

Requirements

At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions with a positive attitude.
Willingness to support the team and help wherever needed.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
Belief in Little Words Project’s mission and enthusiasm for spreading kindness.

Nice To Haves

Passion for beading and styling.
Interest in capturing fun content in-store.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire and motivate the team and support excellent guest interactions.
Open and close the store independently and ensure operations run smoothly.
Host and manage in-store beading appointments, events, and parties.
Identify potential event partners and assist with planning in-store events.
Monitor inventory, assist with backstock, and support visual merchandising.
Help train and develop Sales Associates by sharing best practices for connecting with guests.
Introduce new products, personalize recommendations, and create memorable guest experiences.
Answer guest questions, assist with transactions, and handle in-store issues positively and thoughtfully.
Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
Support inventory intake, clienteling, and KPI-related activities.
