About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Full Time Key Holder for its BOSS Outlet in Hanover. The role helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Key Holder serves as a brand ambassador, supports sales and customer service, maintains store standards and product knowledge, and performs opening store operations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of Specialty Retail Management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• BS college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
• Develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional standards with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Provide an exceptional, lasting customer experience, including proactive service and follow-through on customer commitments.
• Maintain an active and up-to-date client profile book and inform customers about upcoming events.
• Understand and communicate return and exchange policies and demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Assist with re-merchandising and maintain back stock.
• Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Maintain professional dress and high personal-grooming standards.
• Participate in product-knowledge seminars and communicate knowledge of new product designs, products, and lifestyles to customers.
• Perform opening store operations.
