Clienteling & Relationships: Create and foster genuine, lasting client relationships to drive sales, UPT (Units Per Transaction), and ATV (Average Transaction Value). After Sales Service: Maintain relationships through personalized outreach, including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and managing product repairs or maintenance. Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals (daily, monthly, yearly). Operational Excellence: Process returns/exchanges, open and close consignments, and maintain an organized selling floor, often operating retail POS systems. Business Initiatives: Support team initiatives, events, and contests to generate new business.
