About The Position

The Key Holder is responsible for being a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience. This role embraces and promotes the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff, and meets and exceeds sales goal targets. The Key Holder also meets and exceeds targets for client data capture, creates and fosters genuine client relationships, and maintains these relationships through after-sales service. The role supports the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining existing ones. Additionally, the Key Holder supports the business through maintenance of daily operations such as opening & closing registers, visual maintenance, and inventory tasks. They set the example of operational excellence by following policies & procedures, while elevating standards through proper tools & equipment usage. The role also involves maintaining seamless inventory operations, opening and closing consignments, and processing returns and exchanges. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management is crucial. The Key Holder will also develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events, and support the sales team through coaching & training techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a retail environment
  • Full understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a high paced retail environment.
  • Ability to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities
  • A powerful and electrifying personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused

Responsibilities

  • Be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Embrace and promote our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike
  • Meet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
  • Meet & exceed targets for client data capture
  • Create & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: (sales, UPT, ATV)
  • Maintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes, follow up phone calls, follow through of product repair or maintenance
  • Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing
  • Support the business through maintenance of daily operations such as, but not limited to, opening & closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks
  • Set the example of operation excellence by following policies & procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools & equipment
  • Support the business by maintaining seamless inventory operations throughout the day
