About The Position
We’re hiring a Retail Key Holder to help lead the sales floor, deliver great customer experiences, and support daily store operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, driving sales, and taking ownership of the store when needed.
Requirements
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store and handle key holder responsibilities
- Engage with customers and drive sales through product knowledge
- Assist with purchases, returns, and recommendations
- Restock merchandise and keep the store organized and visually appealing
- Support the team in a fast-paced retail environment
