PharmaEssentia Corporation is a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical innovator focused on delivering effective new biologics for challenging diseases in hematology and oncology. Founded in 2003, the company is expanding its global presence and operates a world-class biologics production facility. The Key Corporate Account Director (KCAD) is responsible for strategic customer engagement and access execution within an assigned geographic territory, targeting large community oncology clinics, oncology provider networks, specialty GPO member organizations, and NCI-designated/NCCN member academic cancer centers and academic medical centers. The role involves partnering with complex, multi-level stakeholders to develop and execute account-specific access strategies, implement institutional access plans, and navigate challenges impacting product availability. A core focus is building account expertise and stakeholder relationships to ensure PharmaEssentia products are accessible, accurately represented in systems, and embedded within clinical workflows. The KCAD ensures the organizational and institutional conditions for demand are in place, enabling seamless operational or access processes by engaging with healthcare decision makers who influence contracting, formularies, pathways, and ordering/dispensing infrastructure. Market access insights are central to driving account planning, informing enterprise strategy, and aligning execution.
