About The Position

As a family owned and operated business, 12 Oaks Parking has been proudly providing valet and parking services for more than 15 years. We are a fun and flexible company to work with and look forward to potentially having you on the team! We are seeking a customer service focused key clerk at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino & Resort in Murphy, NC. We provide first-class parking services and seek friendly, outgoing individuals with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. We provide valet parking services seven days a week.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple priorities at once

Nice To Haves

• Six months money handling and electronic cash register experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Interacting with guests and providing the hospitality and service required by the hotel.
• Multi-task and maintaining organization in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain proper records of valet transactions.
• Accurately take payment for any services.
• Work collaboratively with the valet team and supervisors to ensure prompt service for the guests.
• Maintaining an immaculately clean valet room for appearance and safety.
• Ensure that appropriate service recovery measures are followed to ensure guest satisfaction with our services and employees.
• Perform ancillary duties as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance of yourself, your uniform and work area while on duty
