About The Position

The Key Carrier plays a vital support role for the management team by assisting with daily operations, including scheduling coverage and acting as the floor manager when needed. Primary responsibilities include opening and closing the store, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring a positive customer and team experience. Requirements

• Ability to report to all scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
• Willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with the team.
• Basic math skills for operating a register.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Role model "Every Customer Every Time".
• Ensure that all staff share the vision of customer satisfaction and Legendary Customer Service.
• Maintain complete working knowledge of the POS system (including transfers and special orders), key machine, and forklift certification.
• Maintain Floor Manager standards, ability to maintain 80% or higher on floor manager score cards.
• Open & close the store.
• Get change for the cashiers.
• Approve returns at the registers.
• Communicate any infractions or discipline to the store manager or personnel manager.
