About The Position
We're seeking a Key Account Associate to own the health and growth of assigned customer relationships. You'll be the go-to person for our most important accounts—coordinating service delivery, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnership with each customer.
Requirements
- Excellent communicator who can manage relationships at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate between customers, dispatch, and field teams
- Customer-focused—you genuinely want to solve problems and exceed expectations
- Comfortable with systems and documentation (CRM, work order systems, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end service coordination from customer contact through completion and billing
- Maintain detailed account rosters, including customer locations, decision-makers, service preferences, and contracted rates
- Monitor service requests, technician progress, and customer satisfaction to ensure every commitment is met
- Proactively communicate with customers about ETAs, work status, and next steps
- Identify account growth opportunities, declining usage, and service gaps
- Escalate critical issues to dispatch and service managers when needed
- Conduct weekly and monthly account reviews to track trends and recovery actions
