About The Position

The Key Account Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination for a strategic commercial customer. This role is responsible for managing projects, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring exceptional service and alignment between the customer’s needs and the company’s operational capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a customer-focused mindset, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while building long-term client relationships.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all projects and initiatives related to a designated commercial account.
  • Serve as the primary internal coordinator between sales, operations, vendors, and the customer.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors and outside processors to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet company and customer standards.
  • Manage project changes and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
