The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives in their assigned territory through the development, maintenance, and enhancement of business. This role involves engaging with oncologists, urologists, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy and therapeutics groups, teaching institutions, hospitals, and formulary committees. The KAM ensures customers have clinical conviction in the product and guides the sale to conclusion by providing training and ongoing customer service. The role requires developing territory business plans and collaborating with the sales management team to maximize the impact of sales and marketing strategies.
