This role leads the development and execution of strategic customer plans for assigned accounts (Loblaw and Shoppers Drug Mart, OHC). Reporting to the Customer Sales Lead, the Key Account Manager is critical in delivering Haleon’s net sales growth by building joint business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving best-in-class in-market execution. The position acts as the voice of the customer within Haleon, ensuring customer needs and insights are embedded into planning cycles while delivering strong, sustainable results. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer strategies and internal priorities, enabling executional excellence against agreed objectives.
