Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home! All about the role The KAM has responsibility to develop and grow our partnership with the Kitchen Retail Channel accounts in Sweden. As KAM you will lead and develop the relationship with our partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You will drive sales by introducing new products, promotions, and concepts, and implement Battleground plans to achieve account objectives. Managing the account's P&L will be crucial to ensure financial targets are met, while monitoring customer metrics to achieve both financial and non-financial business targets. You will lead negotiations and RFQs in collaboration with other departments, ensuring up-to-date agreements are in place and revised as needed. As KAM you will oversee the product range within the customer accounts, you will contribute to develop annual account plans. You will collaborate with marketing and trade operations to plan and drive sell-out, including executing annual activation plans, promotions and joint marketing activities. Additionally, you will resolve issues promptly, acting as a liaison between the customer and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or equal
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Proven track record in negotiation with Key Accounts
  • Strong financial understanding
  • 5-10 years broad consumer and retail sales and trade marketing experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience from kitchen retail is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead towards maximizing the turnover and optimizing the profitability of the account.
  • Secure that processes are followed and developed
  • Participate in customer fairs
  • Provide updates on sales, customer development, competitive activities, etc.
  • Manage the CIP funds for the customer
  • Own the business forecast for the account
