About The Position

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, facility owners, property managers, and industrial clients to promote and sell JRT Mechanical's HVAC, Plumbing, Pipefitting, and Electrical services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, generating sales, and expanding existing accounts through consultative selling and exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will proactively call on prospective and existing customers, understand their operational and project needs, prepare service and project proposals, and work closely with operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, customer retention, market expansion, and the development of long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in key account management or sales
  • Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
