About The Position

In this role you will be responsible for leading CEVA’s eCommerce strategy and operations across the region, driving profitable growth through omnichannel logistics solutions and best-in-class customer experience. You will define and execute the eCommerce roadmap across fulfilment, last mile, returns, marketplace enablement, and digital integration capabilities, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities, operational execution, and financial performance. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale customer solutions, improve service levels, optimize unit economics, and strengthen CEVA’s position as a trusted eCommerce and omnichannel logistics partner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant leadership experience in eCommerce, omnichannel logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, or digital commerce environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex programs involving operations, technology, commercial strategy, and customer implementation.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfilment models, marketplace operations, last mile delivery, returns management, and customer experience requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, build business cases, manage budgets, and drive P&L performance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-country, matrixed organizations with a strong focus on scalability, service, and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in third-party logistics, contract logistics, or end-to-end eCommerce supply chain solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital commerce platforms, systems integration, warehouse management systems, and data-driven performance management.
  • International experience and exposure to multi-market eCommerce operations.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the regional eCommerce strategy, aligning commercial, operational, and technology priorities to support profitable growth across D2C, B2B, B2C, and marketplace channels.
  • Own the eCommerce roadmap, including fulfilment, last mile, returns, cross-border capabilities, and digital integration, ensuring scalable and customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across business development, operations, IT, engineering, and finance to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of eCommerce solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders, acting as the executive lead for strategic eCommerce initiatives and customer engagements.
  • Provide regular business reviews, strategic updates, and performance insights to senior leadership, ensuring visibility on growth, service, and operational priorities.
  • Drive operational excellence across eCommerce fulfilment, transportation, returns, and post-purchase processes to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Establish performance metrics and service standards to improve delivery speed, accuracy, scalability, and end-customer satisfaction across channels and geographies.
  • Identify risks, resolve service issues, and escalate critical matters as needed to protect customer performance and support long-term retention.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop eCommerce growth opportunities across sectors, customers, and channels, translating market needs into scalable logistics solutions.
  • Partner with commercial teams to shape value propositions, support strategic pitches, and lead complex solution discussions and negotiations with customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer expectations, and emerging technologies to continuously refine CEVA’s eCommerce offering and go-to-market approach.
  • Own key financial outcomes for the eCommerce portfolio, including revenue growth, margin performance, investment priorities, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop business cases, investment proposals, and implementation plans for new capabilities, ensuring sound ROI, execution feasibility, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with finance, pricing, and operations leaders to balance service, scalability, and profitability while managing risk and contractual compliance.
  • Champion the use of technology, systems integration, and data visibility to improve eCommerce performance, operational control, and customer connectivity.
  • Partner with IT and product teams to enhance digital capabilities, including platform integrations, reporting, order visibility, inventory accuracy, and process automation.
  • Leverage analytics and continuous improvement methodologies to identify trends, optimize performance, and support innovation across the eCommerce supply chain.
