About The Position

Blue Yonder is seeking a Key Account Director to manage and grow strategic customer relationships, within CPG enterprise accounts. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term partnership success while serving as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers. Working cross-functionally, the Key Account Director will deliver measurable business outcomes, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure customers maximize value from their Blue Yonder investment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or customer leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue, renewal, and expansion targets
  • Experience managing large, complex enterprise customer relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive customer success and business outcomes
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and account planning methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or enterprise technology industries
  • Experience managing global enterprise customers and complex buying groups
  • Prior experience selling to or managing accounts with $2B+ annual revenue organizations
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level relationships with strategic accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve retention, growth, and profitability targets
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior customer stakeholders
  • Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across the Blue Yonder portfolio
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Sales teams to deliver customer outcomes
  • Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and pricing discussions
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, pipelines, and account plans
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Leverage customer feedback and market insights to influence product and service improvements
  • Represent Blue Yonder during executive business reviews, customer meetings, and industry events
