About The Position

The Kessler Scholars Peer Mentor role involves providing guidance and support to first-year Kessler Scholars as they navigate the college environment. This includes weekly or bi-weekly peer mentoring meetings, with Kessler Scholars staff responsible for tracking mentee/mentor pairs. Opportunities for mentors and mentees to come together for community-building and social activities are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Must be an upperclassman.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Must be available for 10 hours per week.
• Mandatory monthly meetings and programming attendance required.

• Ideally, another Kessler Scholar or first-generation student.

Responsibilities
