About The Position

Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) Marion, Kentucky Type Full Time & Part Time Must hold current license to practice as a CNA/STNA and complete Medication Aide certification. Requirements

• Current CNA/STNA license
• Completed Medication Aide course and successfully passed test
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care
• Understand and practice infection control procedures
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies , including vitals
• Report violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately
• Administer medications in accordance with your certification and training
