This is an exciting entry-level, part-time opportunity in the gaming industry as a Keno Writer/Ticket Runner. As a Keno Runner, the individual will be an essential part of the action, engaging with players and making their gaming experience unforgettable. The position requires enthusiasm, energy, and eagerness to learn. Keno is a numbers game where players select numbers to match those drawn randomly, and the Keno Runner helps players have a great time, assisting with wagers and celebrating wins, thereby creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Previous customer service experience.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Receive, verify, and record cash wagers from customers.
Start gaming equipment and enter the number of each ball selected until the specified number of balls for each game is selected.
Scan winning tickets presented by customers, calculate winnings, and pay out to customers.
Collect tickets from customers and return them before the game is called.
Return payouts to winning customers.
Promote positive customer relations and ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.
Stay informed about all events happening on the property and display sensitivity to Native American culture.
