As a Kennel Technician, you'll play an essential role in shelter operations by providing daily care for animals, supporting adoptions and owner surrenders, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and helping ensure every animal receives compassionate care. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license and good driver's license
- State of Texas Euthanasia Certification, or the ability to obtain within six months of hire
- Knowledge of the care and handling of animals
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures including heat, cold, and during inclement weather conditions

- Experience from pet boarding, grooming, daycare, veterinary clinics, pet retail
