About The Position

The Kennel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a kennel facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and comfort for all animals housed. The Kennel Manager will develop and implement protocols for feeding, exercise, and medical care, working closely with veterinarians and pet owners. Additionally, the role requires managing inventory, budgeting, and customer service to ensure a positive experience for clients and their pets. Ultimately, the Kennel Manager plays a critical role in fostering a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for animals and staff alike.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with animals in a professional setting, preferably in a kennel or animal care facility.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

  • Basic knowledge of animal health and safety standards.

Responsibilities
