About The Position
Barkaritaville Pet Resort in San Antonio is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Kennel Attendants to provide top-notch care to the pets entrusted to them. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about animals who are dependable, enjoy staying active, and want to work in a fun, supportive, and respected environment. The position involves hands-on daily care of dogs, including feeding, bathing, walking, cleaning, and monitoring behavior to ensure each pet's comfort and safety. The job requires physical activity such as lifting, bending, and being on your feet, as well as comfort working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Duties include monitoring and interacting with dogs, cleaning facilities, providing basic grooming, ensuring pets are eating and drinking properly, updating pet care logs, and assisting with client communication and tours.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring and interacting with dogs in group and individual settings
- Cleaning suites, play areas, and common spaces
- Providing basic grooming tasks such as bathing
- Ensuring pets are eating, drinking, and acting normally
- Updating notes and pet care logs in our software
- Assisting with client communication and facility tours when needed
