Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Animal handling experience preferred
- Compassion for animals and their well-being
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for boarding pets, including feeding, walking, medicating, and charting
- Bathe and brush pets to keep them clean and comfortable
- Clean kennels, perform laundry, and maintain overall hospital cleanliness
- Follow protocols to prevent and control infectious and zoonotic diseases
- Safely and compassionately restrain pets for procedures
