This position invites both new and experienced agents to join the Keller Williams Realty Team. Applicants without a real estate license are welcome to apply, and assistance will be provided through a partnered real estate school to obtain the necessary license before being considered for the role. The primary responsibility is to represent home sellers and buyers throughout real estate transactions, which includes coordinating with third-party entities, managing paperwork, and negotiating prices. Agents are also expected to employ strategic prospecting methods to acquire new clients. Keller Williams supports its team members with thorough hands-on sales training and access to industry-leading platforms for lead generation and deal closure.
